Grape varieties: Areni, Karmrayut, Haghtanak, Saperavi, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Tannat, Malbec, Petit Verdot

Production: Exclusive ultra-premium wine, aged in clay pots for 6 month. The wine is made from a blend of all red grape varieties harvested in a given year. This is a revival of the traditions of Armenian winemaking. 

 

Description: Dark red wine. Aging in clay gives balance to the wine. Cabernet Sauvignon imparts notes of black currant to the wine, Merlot imparts gentle astringency, and Areni imparts sophistication.

 

Food pairing: Great with beef fillet, pork tenderloin and Gorgonzola cheese.

Serving temperature: 16°C - 18°C
