Production: Manual harvesting, transportation in small boxes in the refrigerator truck. Double manual sorting on the sorting table. Pressing in the membrane press under nitrogen. Secondary fermentation by Charmat method.

 

Description: The wine has a pleasant light golden hue, reveals the elegance of the Kangun grape variety. Gentle aroma of fresh pastry and citrus.

 

Food pairing: Gastronomic universal wine that pairs well with many dishes, Asian cuisine and cheese platter.
