Description:

Ijevan Pure Carbo is a modern Armenian red wine made from Areni grapes using carbonic maceration, a method in which fermentation begins inside whole berries. It is produced as an unfiltered, young wine to preserve freshness, aromatic lift, and vivid fruit character.

 

In the glass, it shows a bright ruby color with expressive aromas of fresh berries, cherry, and black fruit. The palate is juicy and lively, with balanced acidity, soft tannins, and a clean, fruit-driven finish.

 

Serve it: Best served slightly chilled. Pairs well with grilled meats, cheeses, and casual sharing plates.
