Description: Proshyan 25 Years Old is a rare, 25-year-old Armenian cognac from the historic Proshyan Brandy Factory (founded 1885) . It is made from select grape varietals grown on Armenia’s fertile Ararat Plain  and matured for a full quarter-century in oak barrels . This extended aging yields a deep amber spirit with complex character. The nose typically features rich, dried-fruit aromas (apricot and fig), vanilla and spicy oak . On the palate it reveals layers of honeyed fruit, caramel and dark chocolate, balanced by warm spice and a subtle tannic structure.
