Armenia Semi-Sweet Red

Hand harvested. Grapes are destemmed and crushed. About two weeks alcoholic fermentation and maceration with temperature between 26 to 28 C in stainless steel tank. The fermentation is stopped, when the natural sugar of the fruit has not yet dissolved, for a perfect balance of acidity and sweetness.
