Production: Manual harvesting. Two week fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

 

Description: An aromatic wine with dark red color, aromas of red berries and ripe fruits. Taste full of ripe red berries and slight harmonic spiciness.

 

Food pairing: Perfect with pork, veal, chicken and cheese.

Serving temperature: 16°C - 18°C
